Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use TradesReply (the free reply generator and TradesReply Pro) provided by Wilson’s IT Support & Automation (“WITSA”, “we”, “us”) to UK users. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What we provide
TradesReply helps you turn customer enquiries into draft messages you can edit and send yourself. The free tool is offered at no charge. TradesReply Pro adds a saved business profile and more tailored drafts. Pro is improving over time, so features may change or be improved.
Important: Drafts are generated from templates and your inputs. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for checking every message before you send it, and for complying with the law, your trade body rules, advertising standards, and platform rules (for example WhatsApp or Checkatrade).
Accounts
You don’t need an account for the free tool. Profile data may be stored in your browser on your device. If we add accounts or cloud sync later, we’ll update these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse TradesReply — for example: no unlawful content, no harassment, no attempt to break the site or overload our systems, no scraping or reverse-engineering to compete unfairly, and no use that infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you’ve breached this.
Intellectual property
The TradesReply name, branding, and website content belong to WITSA or our licensors. You may use the service for your own business communications. You don’t receive ownership of our software or templates.
Text you paste in (for example customer enquiries) stays yours; you give us permission to process it only as needed to show you drafts in your browser.
Paid Pro and Stripe
Payments for Pro are processed by Stripe as a subscription (recurring billing until you cancel). Their terms and privacy policy also apply. Fees, billing interval, and any trial are shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for how to request a refund or cancel your subscription.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” during the early rollout. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, or that drafts will win you work. To the fullest extent allowed by UK law, we exclude implied warranties that aren’t mandatory.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything UK law says cannot be limited. Subject to that, we’re not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or any loss arising from messages you send after using TradesReply. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free service in any 12-month period is limited to £0 (since the free tool is free). For paid Pro, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law says otherwise.
Changes to the service or terms
We may change TradesReply or these terms. We’ll update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Material changes to paid features will be communicated fairly (for example by email if we have one).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where you’re a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland and mandatory local rules give you a different right.
