Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel your TradesReply Pro subscription (stop future renewals) and what happens afterwards. Wilson’s IT Support & Automation (“WITSA”, “we”, “us”) runs TradesReply for UK tradespeople.
Free tool
The main TradesReply reply generator is free and does not require payment. There is nothing to cancel for billing purposes. You can stop using the site at any time. Optional data saved in your browser can be cleared in your browser settings.
TradesReply Pro — subscription via Stripe
TradesReply Pro is sold as a subscription through Stripe: your card is charged on a recurring schedule (for example monthly) until you cancel. Pro may change as the product improves, but the billing rules below apply.
How to cancel your subscription
- Email us: Send wilsonsitandautomation@gmail.com from the email you used to pay (or tell us your payment date and amount). Ask us to cancel your subscription. We’ll confirm within 3 business days and ensure no further charges after the end of your current paid period unless the law or Stripe’s rules say otherwise.
- Stripe Customer Portal: Your Stripe receipt or checkout flow may include a link to the customer portal where you can cancel the subscription yourself. If you can’t find it, email us and we’ll send a fresh link.
When you cancel, you usually keep access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. We won’t automatically refund that period — see our Refund Policy if you think a refund is appropriate.
What happens after cancellation
Pro features that rely only on your browser may still work locally until you clear your data. We don’t guarantee ongoing access to any feature after your paid access ends — the product may change.
We don’t currently offer a cloud “account” for TradesReply; if that changes, we’ll update this policy.
